Energy management, waste management, sourcing sustainable products and impacting guest behaviour are all easier said than done.
Major investments like solar panels or new windows are expensive, the options are endless and investment often comes with very slow returns. It can be off-putting!
The UK has a net zero target in place for 2050 which is already under pressure. The Climate Change Committee have expressed concern that progress towards change in residential properties is already "too slow". It's our dream to build a community that can turn this around!
